Checkout

Why are your prices so reasonable?

For Veilubridal.com, having the lowest possible prices is our philosophy and the foundation of our business. We are an internet only store, so we don't have the overhead of operating a brick and mortar store.

I like an item, How do I buy it?

Just click on the "Add To Cart" button and you will be redirected to the checkout page after which you can place an order with your credit card or PayPal.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover

Do you charge sales tax?

No. New Hampshire is one of the few states in the US where there isn't any sales tax.

How do I ship to an address other than my billing address?

Enter in the other shipping address in the "SHIP TO" section, or email us immediately after you place your order with the address that you want it shipped to.

Can I change the shipping address on my order?

If your order has not been taken to the post office yet, we can usually change the address. But please contact us as soon as possible because we try to process orders as soon as possible.

What if I have moved and no longer live at the address on my account?

If the address you entered is not correct, let us know your new address. Your item will be returned to us and we will reship it back out to the correct address, but you will have to pay for shipping it out to you again.

How long will shipping take?

We try to ship out within 2 business days, however, some items such as custom orders or made to order items will take longer. Combs are usually shipped out same business day, as well as clearance items. Depending on USPS delivery times, where you live and the amount of orders we have to ship, delivery time may vary.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?

Check the tracking number that was emailed to you to see where it is in the process.

Do you ship to Hawaii Alaska, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses?

YES!

Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes, but we only ship using Express mail International, via the US Postal system. This is the fastest and safest way as it is insured and offers a tracking number.

Does my package include a receipt?

Most packages contain a packing slip included with the contents of your order. Packing slips contain your name, shipping address, order number, and a detailed list of your order.

My tracking number shows my package was delivered but I can't find it.

- Check around your residence. Sometimes your postal carrier or substitute postal carrier will leave it in an unusual place.
- Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery. We've had people bring the package in, throw it in a pile on the kitchen table, and the person that ordered it doesn't even know it's there!
- Make sure your residence is secure: If you live in a place where packages can be stolen after it is delivered, contact us immediately after you place your order so that we can ship it in a way that you is more secure, like to your place of work or where a signature is required. We are not responsible for items stolen off your porch or other place at your residence. One customer told us that her three big dogs ATE her package that was left on the porch, so plan ahead!
- Check your address to be sure it's correct. Did you remember to include your house, unit or apartment number in your address?
- Make sure your house and mailbox have your number on it. We are not respsnible if your place of residence isn't labeled so that the post office can't find you!
- Check for a mail hold. If the U.S. Postal Service is holding your mail, your package won't be delivered.
- Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.
- Contact your mail carrier. Ask if they where they left your the package. Have your tracking or delivery confirmation number handy. USPS Phone Number: 1-800-222-1811.

Can I cancel my order?

Once the order has been submitted it usually cannot be canceled. However, we will try to cancel the order if you contact us within 10 minutes of placing your order. In cases where the order cannot be canceled before it is shipped, you can still return the order at no additional charge. Please email orders@veilubridal.com or click here to contact us.

Do you offer telephone support?

We found that emailing us, is the most efficient, and timely way to resolve customer inquiries. All inquiries are replied to in a timely manner, usually no later than the following business. Please email orders@veilubridal.com or click here to contact us.

Wholesale

Do you sell wholesale?

No, but we do offer quantity discounts on some veils, combs and other items. Let us know the item number, how many you would like and we can let you know if we offer quantity discounts on that item and what the price would be. Click here to contact us.


Returns

What is your return policy?

You may return products for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not 100% satisfied for any reason. If you specifically request an exchange and we are unable to replace the item because we are out of stock, you will be issued a refund instead. All materials and accessories must be enclosed, including the manufacturer's box in order for your return to be accepted. We recommend using a carrier like UPS, FedEx or USPS so that you may track your return. Please email us at orders@veilubridal.com to let us know you are returning an item. You DO NOT need a return authorization number, but we do need to know in advance of a return so that we can approve it. For more on our return policy, go here.

How long does it take for a refund to show on my account?

PayPal refunds show up as soon as we issue a refund. Credit card and checking account debit refunds generally show up within 2-7 business days, depending on the policy of your credit card issuer.

Can I exchange my item?

Yes, just let us know what you'd like to exchange it for. How the exchange works depends on how fast you need the new item. If you need the new item right away, we suggest ordering it from the website, and then returning the other item, which we will make the refund for when we receive it.
If you are not in a hurry, you can send the item back, let us know what new item you want, and we will ship it out to you (you will have to pay shipping for the new item). If the new item you want costs more than the item you are exchanging, we will email you an invoice for the difference in cost. If the new item you want costs less than the item you are exchanging, then we will refund you for the difference in cost. (minus the shipping cost to send you the new item).


Is there a restocking fee?

No. We do not charge a restocking fee, UNLESS your item was mailed directly to you from one of our suppliers and in error you send it back to them instead of us. They charge us a restocking fee, so we have to pass that fee onto you. All items that are being returned should be mailed to us at:
