Polyester chiffon is lightweight and airy and has a slight sheen to the fabric.
Silk Chiffon has a matte finish and is a little more opaque that the poly chiffon. Chiffon veils are not "poofy" like illusion bridal veils, nor are they as wide as illusion fabric veils, but they have a sophisticated elegance about them. One of silk chiffon's finest attributes is the beautiful drape and flow that the fabric has. It's absolutely *gorgeous* the way this silk chiffon wedding veil flows.
