ORDERING & SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING IN THE UNITED STATES

Most items will ship within 5 business days. However, some items (such as veils with added crystals, colored veils or custom orders) may take up to 10 business days before shipping. Please refer to the individual product page for more details on shipping time. You may order items that are on backorder, however, they won't ship until the date stated that it's available. We usually do not ship on Saturdays (USPS has limited hours and UPS is closed) and Sundays (USPS and UPS are closed).

Some of our items are drop shipped, so shipping may originate from New Hampshire, Massachusetts or Colorado, depending upon the item. On most items, you have the choice of shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. Certain items also offer shipping via USPS First Class mail. When you add the item to your cart and enter your zip code, shipping options will be available in a drop down menu for you to choose.

USPS First Class mail can take up to 7 days for delivery.

USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation can take 1-4 days to arrive to you depending the state you live in and the point of shipping origin.

USPS Express Mail may be delivered overnight, but the USPS doesn't guarantee it. However, they do guarantee Epress mail to be delivered in 2 days. The US postal service does deliver on Saturdays.

UPS Ground can take up to 6 business days for delivery, depending the state you live in and the point of shipping origin.

UPS 2 day is delivered in 2 days, if received before their daily cut off times.

UPS does not deliver on Saturdays.

Please keep in mind that USPS & UPS have cutoff times for overnight delivery. We will do our very best to get your order to you, however that there are some circumstances that we can't control (like inclement weather events, etc.)

Express shipping is available for most items, however, we need time to prepare your order. It can still take a few days to get your item ready for shipping; however we really try to accommodate rush orders. If you have an urgent rush order, Please call us first to see if we can accommodate your request.

Please double check your shipping address to make sure it's correct. If we're given the wrong address and the item is returned to us, your delivery time will be longer, as well as more costly as we have to charge to reship it.

Items are on backorder will be noted in the item description; however, there are times that items sell out faster than we can get the notice listed on our website. If you order an item and we find it's unavailable, we'll email to let you know. You may choose to keep the order until it's available or we'll be happy to refund your money or make an exchange.

Custom orders usually take longer. Once you email us with your custom order information, we will be able to let you know how long it will take.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the item weight, the number of items ordered, the method & shipper being used, and the state that it's going to. Once you add the items to your cart and enter your zip code, the shipping cost will be displayed.

This gives you a general idea of what shipping costs may be, however, after you add items to your cart and enter your zip code, and selet your shipping option, the shipping cost will be displayed.

**We use PayPal as our payment processor.** It is the safest, most well knows way to process your transaction.

WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
That's OK- you don't need one. After you add your item to your cart and checkout, you'll be taken to a PayPal Payment page. Notice the circled "Don't have a PayPal account?" Just click on the "continue"text link and it will take youto a page to enter your credit card information. PayPal accepts credit cards such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

WHAT IF I DON'T WANT TO USE MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT?
If you have a Paypal account and can't remember the password, or if it has old address information or for whatever reason you don't want to use it, there is a way to pay using your credit card without having to sign in to your account. If Paypal detects that you have an account (see screen below)just click the text link that says "Continue without logging in" and will will take you to a page where you can enter in your credit card information.

**Please note:**If you pay with an e-check, there is usually a four day delay for the check to clear before we can ship your items.

We also accept checks. Just email us to let us know which item you want, and we'll email you the total amount to send. Checks can be mailed to:

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We ship orders internationally using US Postal Service Priority Mail International or Express Mail International.

Delivery time varies depending on the country the item is going to. It may also take additional time for your order to clear customs. You may have to pay duty taxes on your purchase due to the regulations of the country it is being delivered to. Check with your local customs office to get more information. Once your item leaves the US, we are unable to track it.

Shipping costs will vary depending on the item weight and county it's being shipped to, however, here is an approximate cost for certain countries.
