We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that it's sometimes hard to buy things over the internet.
For whatever reason, you can return an item. Here's all we ask:
-that it hasn't been worn and that it's in new condition
(it's OK to try it on... but wearing it for your event, and then returning it wouldn't be fair)
-that you return the item within 4 weeks of receiving it
-that you pay for shipping it back to us
-Be sure to include your name, address and email address so that we can make your refund
Email us before shipping the item to let us know that you want to return it.
When we receive it, your purchase price of the item will be refunded to you, minus the shipping costs. Your refund will be made via the same method you paid, for example, if you paid by credit card, your refund will go back to your credit card. Please allow a few days for the transaction to show up on your account, as banks have differing policies on how fast they credit a refund.
